It highlights a shift towards deeply integrating digital tools into professional practices while acknowledging societal concerns about digitalization in education. Findings indicate a significant evolution in our approach, moving from using digital tools as aids to deeply integrating them into professional practices. This article advocates for academia to serve as a facilitator of emerging modes of learning and promote scientific self-reflection.
