In recent years, sponge city planning and construction have been carried out in many cities. As an important part of the city, the waterlogging problem of universities should also be paid attention to. Taking Jiangpu Campus of Nanjing Tech University as an example, through field investigation, we found that there are 9 locations with serious water accumulation on campus, 4 locations with different water accumulation degree were analyzed and selected. The causes of water accumulation were analyzed by controlling variables (including green space scale, green space density, terrain height difference, permeable pavement area, drainage facilities, etc.). Among them, we selected two indices include green space scale and distribution, using FRAGSTATS3.3 software, to describe the characteristics of green space patch landscape of 4 locations in detail.
