In the face of the complex urban planning, planners should be targeted to the big city and small-town planning, which should be strictly controlled at the macro level, planners and government should be the leading force and actively advocate all fields of the city to cooperate together. When it comes to the community and village level, residents can be encouraged to participate in the community’s planning to their initiative, and the planners and government can formulate a series of rules and regulations to guide them appropriately, in order to create more local characteristics of the environment.
