He works on Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (1990/1996). Director of Geography Department of Lusófona University, Lisbon, science 2000. His field of work /research is Geography of Development (territorial identity socio-economic change and local/global interface); Local and Regional Development Planning (participatory methods and integration of socio-environmental, demographic and cultural spheres of development); International Assistance, Policy Advice and Co-operation for Development . | |
